These terms and conditions govern your use of the
seniorcashback.co.uk website, and your obligations as a member.
You will not use the website for anything that is unlawful or prohibited
by these Terms and Conditions.
By using and registering with seniorcashback.co.uk
you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership and Termination of Accounts.
You must be over 50 years of age and a resident of the UK.
Accounts are limited to one per person, although there may be a maximum of
2 accounts per individual post code. Duplicate accounts for members are not
allowed. We will only pay cashback to one account per person.
We reserve the right to refuse membership and also have the right to
terminate your account at anytime without notice.
Please Note:
Any monies in your account, whether confirmed or pending, will be forfeited if you wish to
close your account with us prior to reaching the correct level of cashback for cashout.
Or if the necessary level has been reached and you wish to close your account before the following payment run day,
you will also forfeit any money in this instance.
2. Advice.
The information and content of this website are there purely for your
information. We are not giving advice and we should not be relied upon
for making or avoiding any decisions.
3. Cashback and Rewards.
You must ensure you are logged into your account and use the
seniorcashback links to accumulate your cashback.
The amount of cashback you will receive is dependent on the percentage
value offered by the specific retailer. You can also earn cashback by
carrying out particular tasks, for example, by completing surveys, and these
are illustrated on the site.
Note: Some retailers do
not pay CashBack on the delivery cost part of your purchase. Some retailers
do not also pay commissions on the VAT element of your purchase. CashBack amounts
are for guidance only and may be more or less than the amounts shown.
All transactions are made with the retailer and not with seniorcashback.
Your seniorcashback account will only be credited when the retailer confirms
your transaction. Generally this happens immediately, although sometimes our
retailer's process transactions when their returns policy date has expired
(this can be 30 days plus).
If any goods are returned, then the retailer and seniorcashback have the
right to deduct the money from your account immediately. Furthermore, should a
retailer fail to make payment, seniorcashback also reserves the right to
reclaim funds from a member's account.
If any information is given fraudulently then the retailer and
seniorcashback have the right to deduct the money from your account immediately.
We may also suspend your account and inform the relevant authorities.
Fair Use Policy:
Regardless of whether there are any specific terms for an offer, we expect our members to treat our partners with integrity and honesty when participating in surveys, newsletter sign-ups, or any other non-purchase deal.
By completing offers with bogus details, including false, un-monitored email accounts is defrauding our partners out of quality information they require and pay for through the incentive system. If we detect you are doing this then we will take action as per the previous paragraph.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not have any software or
adware that may block your cashback on your system. You also need to make
sure that you turn your cookies on with your browser. You may use our tools
free of charge to check that your computer will track transactions correctly,
but they are by no means definitive.
Every transaction made via our site is recorded electronically via cookies
and passed back to us by the retailer. seniorcashback will do our very best
to ensure all your transactions are reported back to us. However, we cannot be
held responsible if the retailer's systems fail to provide us with the required
information. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will make every effort
to resolve the problem and credit your account.
Furthermore should you have visted a retailer from another site, or clicked through to a retailer via a search, and then you visit the same retailer via seniorcashback, then it is unlikely that we will receive any commission. This is because it will be paid to the site/search engine that led you to the retailer originally. We will therefore be unable to pay the stated cashback on our site. It is therefore recommended that when you start using seniorcashback, you clear out your cookies.
What is a cookie? - A cookie is a small piece of text that is stored on your
computer so that websites you visit can remember who you are. In the case of
seniorcashback, it is used to ensure that commission due is credited to your
account properly. It is important to note that most major websites use cookies
and that no personal details are stored within them, therefore cookies cannot be
used by themselves to personally identify you.
Insurance Anti-fraud Policy:
Please Note: Any member who takes out several policies for the same product eg home / car / pet in any 12 month period may be required to provide additional policy/personal information before we can confirm and pay your cashback. This will not affect the vast majority of our members and has been put in place in order for us to work with our partners to clamp down on fraud.
Please also note, most financial/insurance retailers only pay cashback for new customers. Therefore, if you take out multiple policies, then it is likely
you will only be paid for the first policy. It is also important that you take out policies in your own name, as again, some companies will not pay out for policies taken out for other family members.
If you have started your policy online, but need to complete via the telephone, occasionally retailers will not award cashback in these cases. This is very rare however, as generally transactions can be completed fully online.
4. Issuing of Money.
When a member has reached the £30 (minimum) required mark on their account,
they are able to redeem it. This can be done in several ways and it is up to
the member to decide which is most suitable to them. The methods are cheque,
Paypal and BACS. Before we can issue payment, you will need to fill in some
payment information, including your preferred payment option within the
My Account section. Once the amount has been deducted
from your account, your balance will be reset.
Your initial signup bonus is set at £10, therefore you only need to earn an extra
£20 in cashback before your first withdrawal from your account. We have even
put together a High Value CashBack Section, which will help you to earn your
first cashback payment.
The £10 signup bonus will be automatically credited to a member's account
upon completion of the signup process.
This bonus will only be paid once per member.
Cashback payments will be issued monthly, once your account balance exceeds
your cashout threshold, in CONFIRMED transactions. A pending transaction generally becomes confirmed between 30 - 60 days after the transaction was made, depending on the individual retailers payment policies. However, with some insurance/financial retailers, this can take up to 4 months.
Members whose accounts are under their cashout threshold of CONFIRMED transactions at payment time,
will have their monies carried over to the next month. A pending transaction becomes

Very occassionally cashback doesn't track. This can be for several reasons which are covered in our helpdesk. If your transaction hasn't appeared in your account as pending, after the date shown on the retailers tracking information page, then you need to complete a missing cashback form within our helpdesk section.
We will then log an enquiry with our retail partner. Most of the time they are forthcoming and the matter is resolved (this can take up to 21 days). If after this time we haven't heard back, we will automatically chase it up another 2 times. After this time we reserve the right to suspend our enquiries and no cashback will be payable under these circumstances. Please Note that some tickets will take longer to resolve, especially if they are insurance/financial retailers. We will endeavour to get them resolved as soon as we can, please do not send in subsequent tickets for an existing query as this will cause extra delays.
Please Note: If your transaction is over 3 months old, we may not be able to claim missing cashback from some partners / affiliate networks.
If the retailer ceases to trade then we will do what we
can to recover your cashback. We cannot, however, be held responsible for
this occurring and cannot credit your account until we have received the
payment in full ourselves.
5. Newsletters.
We send a weekly newsletter to each of our members, this provides details
of the latest offers and site updates. It is important that you keep your
e-mail address up-to-date to ensure that we can communicate our latest offers
that we work hard to find for our members.
If, however, at anytime you
wish to cancel your subscription to the free newsletter, then you need to
simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the newsletter, or send an
e-mail to

6. Website Changes.
seniorcashback reserves the right to make any changes (temporary or permanent)
to the website as required. We are not held responsible to you for any changes
that may occur.
From time to time, we may modify these Terms and Conditions
and we will post a revised version on the seniorcashback website
7. Inactive Accounts.
If your seniorcashback account has not been accessed for a period
greater than 12 months, then we reserve the right to cancel it. All monies
held on your account will be forfeited if this happens.
8. Links to Third Party Websites.
seniorcashback may have links to third party websites that are tended
to and controlled by others. We cannot be held responsible for the content
or accessibility of such sites.
9. Privacy Policy.
All your personal information is kept solely for the purpose it was intended.
Your email address will not be passed on to, or sold to any third party.

information and it outlines the steps we take to ensure complete confidentiality.

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights

seniorcashback is the sole responsibility of the user.
Users should read each individual retailer’s terms and conditions before
making a purchase. Payments are made directly to the merchant and any issues
regarding cancellations or refunds are between the user and the
retailer. We accept no responsibility for disputes between users and retailers.
The amount of cashback paid by the retailer is subject to change at any time
and seniorcashback cannot guarantee that the amount the member receives will
always match that that is displayed. In most cases a higher percentage will
be paid due to current retailer promotions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude
or limit the liability of seniorcashback for death or personal injury as a
result of the negligence of seniorcashback or that of its employees or agents.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold seniorcashback and its employees and
agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses,
costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against
seniorcashback arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions
or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
14. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction
then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and
Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and
continue to be binding and enforceable.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
